I tried to install it on my 2025 Lexus RX 350h but was stuck at the first step. The cover just cannot be opened as instructed on their youtube channel. I tried to call their whatsapp number, left a message there and also on wechat. But for two weeks, I never got any response back. Maybe you could try your luck with the front camera if you can open the cover, but I don’t see how a layman can hide the wire for the back camera.
In the end, I send it to my local car stereo shop to have it installed. Once installed, it looks nice and so far it seems working well.

this dash cam is worthless. If you are in an accident this is of no value. It does not record location, speed, time etc. It is absolutely of no value for defense in the event you have a disputable ticket or in an accident. You can purchase a camera that has a screen to view and gives the neccesary info when needed for a fracion of the cost.
