Too many accidents happening out there so we got this for our mercedes SLK. It sees very well out the front in light or dark. Install took maybe 5min – it just clamps over your existing rearview mirror and plugs into a cigarette lighter. The ONLY gripe I have is with this style of dash cam – it blocks the sensor on the rearview mirror that turns mirror dimming on at night. Make sure to take this into account or your mirrors won’t dim anymore.
