It seems to work with the pre downloaded apps. But I thought that I could access the Google Play Store and download what I want. How can I do that? Or what product will allow me to do that.

Within seconds of installation. It restarted itself twice. Once I was able to fully connect to my phone, it had an awful popping noise when it tried to play music. Then all the sudden the music would only come from the front speakers. The system itself is wayy too laggy and you have to click on the apps at least twice before it finally opens the app. And I never got Netflix or YouTube to work on here. Definitely will be issuing a return. I wouldn’t trust any of the reviews on here. This is too expensive to work this poorly and I’ve been in cars with other devices like this that worked pretty well, just decided to give this brand a try but will go with something more reliable.
