   I don’t care about wi-fi and app connectivity. I just need reliable camera that constantly records and, if ever needed in case of accident, I can pull SD card out and retrieve last few minutes of video footage. Simple, no bells and whistles.
   This camera failed in my only requirement “reliable constant recording”. On my third trip, camera failed to start, with black screen, only red light on and no reaction to any buttons. Unplugging and plugin camera back in few seconds didn’t help. I ended up unplugged it and left it unplugged for about 10 min and only then after plugin back, it started again. Worked for few more trips and then same issue, starting the car camera is frozen with black screen and red light.

   This is completely unreliable and unacceptable for this product. Will be packing it back and return.

   This dash cam is a solid option overall. Installation was quick—I had it up and running in under an hour. It comes with both front and rear cameras, and the video quality is excellent. You can clearly see details like license plates, which is exactly what you need from a dash cam. Plus, it offers flexible storage options: use a SIM card, connect to a laptop, or view everything directly on your phone. Just read the manual, and you’re good to go.

   The only downside? The suction mount didn’t work on my windshield. When I contacted the manufacturer, they offered me a $10 refund since they didn’t have any replacement suctions in stock, but I’m still waiting on that refund. It’s a bit frustrating, but it doesn’t take away from how reliable the camera itself is. If you’re okay with minor hiccups, this is still a great choice!

   The wide-angle lens provides excellent road coverage, and the night vision is surprisingly good, even in low-light conditions. The installation process was straightforward, and the compact design didn’t obstruct my view. The built-in GPS function accurately records location and speed, which is a great feature. The app is user-friendly and allows for easy video playback and download.
