The instructions for this car stereo are close to zero. The seller makes it almost impossible to get any support answers that are worth while. I have spent hours and hours trying to get the backup camera to work, verifying that both the camera and the radio body have 12volts communicating with each other when the car is in reverse and the back up lights are on. Then there is another very annoying fact: When you turn the radio on, you get the PODOFO Voice app with a little Robot on the screen. For safety reason, voice command and conversation with little robot are a wonderful benefits to have on the car stereo. When you follow the instructions to download and activate this app, it just doesn’t work. I tried every which way to get a code – and buy a code (for $18.00) to enable it to be activated, but finally it showed in settings that it was connected to the network, but “inactivated”, stating “forever” right underneath. Through Dashcamera.us.com I was able to have a text conversation with the company or the seller’s tech support, but the information I received did not enable any positive results to these issues. I am currently waiting for a follow up after sending the pictures below.
