Easy to install myself. Took me only about 1.5 hours. It came with the blue tool to put in the wire to the back winshield mounted camera. Just remember to put it right side up. Easy to take off the plastic plate in back of the rear view mirror, just use the tool.

Used provided tool and the cover came off, one side first and with more effort the other. The first plug I pulled out was not the right one because it only had 2 wires, I had 2 more choices and chose the one with 3 wires, it fitted well. Wifi connect was easy. Drove around the block to see if all worked and it did, downloaded on iphone and watched. Did not format the memory card, forgot all about that, but since it all works don’t fix it. Somewhere in the menu it has a switch for sound on/off, it was factory set off. download is easy and my car does not have to be running, I stop the engine and don’t open the door and the download works. Menu takes a little to get used to. Quality is amazing and I mean the mount and wireing are well thought out, the color of the cover fits perfect and the video and sound are very very nice.
