I can’t say that I would recommend this dashcam. I bought it on Dashcamera.us.com and had it professionally installed. I then drove home, downloaded the app, set up an account, and that’s where things came to a halt. I spent hours and hours of a frustrated experience trying to get the camera to connect to the wifi. I watched countless youtube videos, and as I last resort I called customer service. The message I got from them repeatedly is we’re all busy and call back another time. So- there IS NO customer service. Then an engineer friend of mine offered to help and spent two hours trying to get it to connect. Finally he set up an account on his android phone and got it to connect, then he signed out and I signed in on my IPhone and it was connected. He couldn’t even tell me what exactly he did different on his phone than mine and wasn’t sure what the problem was. I don’t believe it was the difference in phones. So, I would look for another dashcam that’s easier to use. And maybe one with actual customer service.
