This is a nice upgrade from the factory setup. It has a larger screen that is more responsive and is loaded with whatever Android apps you use that’s on your phone. It works seamless with Android auto, and there seems to be no lag from phone to the EagleNav stereo. The touch screen works well and responds quickly to finger presses. Installation took some time with all the wiring but it was easy. Overall this stereo provides a nice upgrade at a good price point.

Works great, installed in a 2011 ram 1500. Seems like it made my audio in the truck better in general. Far more bass aswell. (Alpine system) Only weird thing I’ve noticed is if I remote start my truck it will say my phones connected but wont play sound until the trucks shut off and started again. If eaglenav sees this do you know why? Besides that I love it. Good product.

I wanted to like this unit, on the positive, instillation was simple and quick, the screen is bright and the touchscreen is sensitive.
Now for the problems. The lack of knob is an issue. When driving is difficult to press the exact spot for volume and can take a couple tries before it starts working. Then there’s the extremely slow speed at which the volume changes, compounded when using the steering wheel control which takes 1 sec to engage then only changes one step every sec.
Volume is too low at highway speed with cloth top to hear.
CarPlay randomly cuts in and out or straight disconnects. Either wireless or wired. Ran android update, and didn’t fix issue.
I’ve had the unit for two months and the biggest issue didn’t start showing until the past month with colder weather and past return. The heater vents cause the unit to overheat rapidly, which causes the internal amp to clip out and distort until the unit gets stuck in a reboot loop until the heats turned off long enough to cool down. I’ve already ordered a factory unit sized android with smaller screen and a knob to replace this junk.

The radio worked perfectly for 5 months, but suddenly it stopped emitting sound. The touchscreen panel still functions, but there is no audio. We reinstalled the previous radio, and it works without any issues. I do not recommend purchasing this product as it does not come with a warranty.

Installed into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited, working well but once Jeep is started remotely there is no audio once key is placed in run position. The only way to get audio back is to turn ignition off then back on.
Others have had same issue with no real solution. In my case I went thru the factory settings and in the “ACC DELAY” the factory default was 300ms I changed it to 900ms.
It now works as it should even after remote starting, but it does take a little bit longer to boot up . Hope this helps!

This product has a large, bright and clear screen that’s very easy to see, even in lighter conditions, and doesn’t lag or skip while using or navigating. The product’s touchscreen has also been very stable and accurate, and navigating around the user interface is intuitive and simple, thanks in part to the pre-installed navigation buttons on the left hand side of the screen. The android auto integration has also been very smooth and the connection with my device has remained stable, with clear audio when playing music.
Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
