The idea of this dashcam great. The dash cam fit and the install was pretty easy. Overall quality seems pretty good. Video quality was okay. It did capture at 4K 30 fps and was useable but compared to the newer Sony starvis 2, it did not provide much clarity during night time.
For the price of the product, I did expected a longer lasting product. The unit died at 14 months and there was no indication of it not working until one day I wanted to get a recording of a drive 4 months later. Contacting customer service was easy but only way to fix the cam was to purchase a new one. They did offer a deep discount but for the price I paid I expected better. I did noticed the Lexus sensor on the windshield did get hot, and might have cause the dash cam to overheat. Ended up switching to a VIOFO dash cam. Had one in another car for 4 years and no issue.
Update- My brother purchased his a couple weeks after I originally purchased this. Looks like he was in a fender bender and he went to go check out his dash cam only to find out it stopped working a while back as well. Lasted over a year.

I was able to install this in 20min on my 2022 NX450h+ after watching the installation video. I don’t have the digital mirror and the fit was perfect. They have breakout points on the plastic cover which I think is to open a larger hole for those who have digital mirror, but no instruction was provided.
Video quality is ok. It doesn’t have GPS so it can’t watermark location or speed in the video. Just time and date.
I wish there was a rear dashcam that could be installed this easy and clean.

I didn’t want t just stick a camera on my windchield and run a wire, so this is a nice option. The kit includes everything you need to install the camera and have it look like Lexus installed it at the factory. There were a couple differences between the installation video and what actually needed to be done on my 2025 NX350. Most notably, the plug goes to a different spot than shown, but it’s the only place that fits.
I find the video quality to be pretty good (i keep at maximum resolution) and it looks like about 6 hours of video will fit on the provided sd card before they start getting overwritten.
Overall, this camera costs a bit more than many alternatives but I find it worth the extra to look like it belongs in the car.
