You have to jump between WIFI connections, especially if you have Apple CarPlay or Android in use. This requirement isn’t realistic when driving. Extremely difficult to line up tabs on the shroud. Overall quality is poor.

Four reasons this product get 5 stars:
1. Excellent image quality and easy to use app.
2. Easy installation. It took me less than 30 minutes including downloading and linking the app.
3. OEM look. It is almost totally invisible. The only thing that is not totally hidden is the rear view camera, but its really small and unobtrusive.
4. Excellent customer service. The Y connector that comes with the unit did not work with my particular vehicle set up. I emailed customer service and Leo got right back to me. He actually custom made a connector for my set up and overnighted it to me! I was super impressed!

I did the basic install on my 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate. I got the model C version of this. Connections were very simple. However, once I went to test it out, I no longer had power to rearview mirror camera. I decided to take it out and put everything back like it was. I still do not have power to my rearview mirror camera. Something ended up getting fried. Checked all the fuses, no issues there. Scheduling an appointment at the dealership to get this fixed. Very dissapointed and I hope there is a simple explanation. This look nearly impossible to mess up the install, so can’t imagine I got something wrong.

Great product! Comes with all you need. 3 cables for different types of connectivity and plastic removal tool plus micro SD card. I connected through the rain sensor module. You also have temperature sensor and OBD 2 port connection as a choice. Best time to connect to the camera Wifi is in the accessory mode. Once completed, you can download which files you want, carry out adjustments to the camera settings, and or firmware update. As the manufacturer states you cannot connect to the truck and camera Wi-Fi at the same time. Video and audio quality is very good and I have the recording time set on a 5 minute loop. 5 minute blocks of video I found the best for a review format if there is any type of occurrence or accident.

Decent quality, great picture and so easy to install. I’d give a 5 star but the poor Asian accent for voice in north America is a let down. I’ve turned the volume off because of this.

Love it. Super clean look and a pretty easy install. At first mounting the housing didn’t feel super secure, but after a couple thousand miles it hasn’t budged. The voice on startup is pretty funny – I don’t mind it. The only thing I wish it had was a physical button to lock the current and surrounding video clips. That way when an event happens I can be positive that I’ll have that clip even if I don’t access it for a while.
