After much research and reading I decided to order this to upgrade my 2009 Corolla. It has been fantastic. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks. The screen/ graphics are clear and bright. Connecting to my phone was simple. Such a huge difference compared to using the system that came with the car. Also, this vehicle had Bluetooth that was only for calls. There was no option to connect it for audio. Well, that issue is now solved. Music sounds great. And it’s Bluetooth. This is certainly a worthwhile investment compared to what a new head unit would cost. No brainer.

I was looking for a gift for my dad’s birthday and a friend of mine told me to consider one of these kits. This system upgraded my dad’s basic factory radio in his F150 to be something he can how connect his phone to. He mostly uses the google maps function and spotify. This system is more advanced than what is built into my car, as mine needs to have the phone plugged in via USB. This system connects wireless as soon as you turn on the car. Overall its pretty sweet and exactly what you’d expect if you know android auto (we use android so I can’t speak to the apple car play usage).
Overall my nit picking with this product is as follows: turns off if you bump the power supply (cig lighter style plug) and the 3 different display resolutions don’t really seem to do anything. The screen could be better quality to actually show in QHD like it says. Otherwise its a worthy upgrade to the techy person looking to upgrade an older vehicle. Took about 10 minutes to set up and install.

I bought this hoping it would be a walk in the park and of course it wasn’t. The audio is horrendous, when I just plug my phone into the car and play music it’s loud and clear. The bass always is good and I can vibe to it. As soon as I bout this it seemed great at first until I had to order a separate longer aux cord because the one they gave me wasn’t near long enough to comfortably use it. I noticed the audio was really fuzzy with the aux so I bought and aux adapter to try and make it work and it didn’t work but I think that’s a car problem. But the main problem is the audio, I can’t enjoy music like I have been because it’s low the bass is low, it’s sounds like a 04 civic speaker. I would’ve given this 5 stars if I didn’t feel like I wasted my money on this
