EDIT: I’m changing my review as the company reached out to me and gave me a refund for the item. So although customer service is slow, they did make it right.
Mic is terrible. Callers can’t hear you. The 24 hour support is a lie. It’s Dashcamera.us.com support, who knows very little to nothing about the device. You have to email for support who will answer 1 question. If it doesn’t answer your question, you write to them again and wait another 24 hour for a response. I’ve been emailing back and forth for 2 weeks to resolve an issue. If I hadn’t paid someone to installed it already, I would send it back. Not worth the frustration to get email support.
