I love these cameras a d have now bought three of them. The installation for the front camera is relatively simple and straightforward. You have to be ok with removing plastic trim in a car, but after that, is easy. The rear camera is much more involved but definitely doable and depending on your car model, there are some helpful YouTube videos walking through it in detail.
The tie in to the mirror electrical system avoids the whole hassle of running a power cord to a USB outlet or tying into your fuse box. However, you will not get a true monitoring function while the car is off (vandalism protection).
Video quality is very good (with audio) and relatively easy to download with the app.

I really like the sleek design and the mounting setup. The camera is completely behind the rear view mirror. But the app is wonky. It’s not the most user friendly and my phone constantly disconnected from the device WiFi.
