This company has zero support to be find. Once you buy an item you are on your own. The video cable for rear camera is for mini cooper cars. To short. The sound is not so good. The touch screen is average, nothing extraordinary. Power wire is Chinese, wire are tick like a baby hair. Rear camera is the only feature to get 5 stars. Again, power wire is the worst to work with. I have an electronic background and I know what I wrote.
Update 1. I changed to 3 stars because the sound improved. Still unhappy for the short length of the video cable for the rear camera and no place to find support from the vendor or builder.
Update 2. Vendor reached me and gave me support on the unit. I didn’t changed for a new one because unit works excellent. As today I am very happy with the product and the support vendor gives. I recommend this product. Matter of fact, I am buying another one for my wife car.

I purchased this product with the intention of connecting my phone to it, but unfortunately, it has failed to meet that expectation. The company or seller attributed the issue to compatibility problems with my phone; however, I have tested it with several different devices, and none have worked. This leads me to believe that the product may have a factory defect. I attempted to request a replacement, but the seller did not accommodate my request. As a result, I find myself stuck with an item that is unusable for its intended purpose. I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase overall.

I ordered this unit as an upgrade to my factory installed unit in my 2011 Nissan Altima, and after trying about three different units, I found this 8 Core, Android 13, with SIM support.
The unit works great, except for it not being able to work with T-mobile SIM cards.
I contacted customer support and got excellent response from Aurora, who went above and beyond to help me resolve that issue.
However, after trying everything, it still failed to work on the T-mobile system, but it does work on Spectrum, which surprisingly, goes through both Verizon and T-mobile….(Go figure)
My many thanks to Aurora for going the extra mile to address my concern, and for providing the best service to help alleviate my problem.
I was considering returning the unit, but I am still trying it out to ensure that all is well.

It’s a pretty good device, a bit of a challenge to get a SIM card that works with it but other than that the sound quality is good and it’s pretty easy to install if you’re good with keeping wires neat and tidy. Pretty easy to connect to via usb but if you get the SIM card working it downloads most music apps directly to the device and eliminates the need for your phone. Screen is pretty good quality. I have no complaints other than sim compatibility.
