Tolerances are off on multiple components. Screws do not line up smoothly for mounting and latch doesn’t hold well causing unit to drop down. The unit still has powered up despite changing remote batteries and trying remote at multiple angles. The general light does work.

I got this to replace the factory screen in my older yukon so my kids can watch nexflix. After installing, the screen is sleek and looks nice but Netflix is not compatible with the device. When you click on it, it just says its not supported on this device.
No biggie because it has screen mirroring right? Wrong. You can see your iPhone screen, and mirror your desktop but if you try and play videos it just buffers indefinitely. The only apps I have been able to get to work for streaming are Paramount+ and Youtube TV. I will try and see if I can get Plex working to use netflix. The remote is also like a point and click mouse which is difficult for the kids on a bumpy ride.
The screen is in, so I will have to work with it. It was simple to install and took me about an hour to get it all installed and buttoned up. I have T Mobile wifi in the car so it holds a nice connection and “works” I would not buy this product again, and would not suggest anyone else buy it unless it gets updates and supports more apps, and gets a better remote.

Had it less than a year and the screen went out with no warning .. tried to send it back and it will cost 300 dollars to return it if it’s after the 30 days so the warranty is pointless .. so basically I would have to spend the money to send it back as much as it would cost to get a new one .. Dashcamera.us.com gotta be careful with doing business with third party sellers when it’s impossible to send it back if it doesn’t work .. it should be way simpler than what it is
