   There are a myriad of minor issues with this dashcam, and a major issue to look out for. The minors:
   a) even with the g-sensor on the lowest sensitivity, it will save every pothole and train track bump, filling up the 8g card within a week.
   b) the screen is too cluttered with icons to see the video display.
   c) the 12V charger is HUGE. Couldn’t even use it because my 12V port is in a cubby.
   d) if you use the OBD charger, it can (and DID on my ’22 Sonata) mess up your car’s computer, causing minor glitches. I would have returned the dashcam had I known it was the cause of my vehicle randomly flipping out. Sadly, my mechanic and I didn’t figure this out until far past the return deadline.

   The major issue: despite claims that this device will shut itself off if it detects your starter battery voltage is too low, IT CAN AND WILL KILL YOUR CAR BATTERY.

   Buyer beware.

   This product myGEKOgear Orbit 500 Full HD 1080p Wi-Fi Dash Cam I like it very much, it works very well, the videos are of high quality, you can even take pictures as well it’s very easy to install everything in a few minutes, it’s not complicated as soon as the memory card is full, you can delete everything and record again from the beginning as if it were new I just don’t have any bad comments the product is simply good..

   I have to reformat the memory card every few days to keep it going. This camcordor cannot recirculate the video recording. Very bad experience.

   The dash cam was as described. Great resolution, easy installation, and doesn’t disrupt the driver’s view.

   The charger cord was long enough to tuck in along the window and tucked under the carpet and into the port. No dangling wires anywhere!!

   Although I do wish the instruction manual was a little more descriptive.

   Great investment all in all.

   I found this camera better than another one I had. I used the camera until the micro sd card was full. Then I checked it out on my MacBook Pro. The videos were excellent. However after about 15 feet the license plate could not be deciphered. There was not anyway to enlarge the video. Maybe on other video software that allows enlarging. If you use the picture snap mode the picture can be enlarged a lot. No problem there.
