Has some issues like your stock map and the instrument cluster goes blank when you get a text message and then stays that way have to unplug the device in order to get it to come back up. Just need to get a spark AI guy behind the product, and then it would be a plus

Overall this box works great. It boots quickly, usually by the time i have backed out of my driveway everything is loaded and running. Everything works as advertised, Netflix, Dashcamera.us.com Prime etc. I did have one issue with my Google Assistant that I emailed the company about. This is where this product shines. The customer service has been exceptional. They reply immediately to my emails and have worked with me to find a solution. through my work I deal with a lot of companies and customer support and I can honestly say I’m shocked at how helpful and quick this company has been. I do not typically leave Dashcamera.us.com reviews but the tech support on this box makes it the one to buy in my opinion. 2019 Ram Unconnect is the vehicle I’m running it on.

I purchased this dongle during prime day. I was hesitant at first and wasn’t going to buy it, I’m happy that I did. It works with Apple CarPlay and with AndroidAuto. You can pretty much download anything to it from the Google Play Store right from your car stereo. I haven’t had any problems with it so far. Netflix works great on it, I would recommend it if you were in search of a multimedia device for your car, but remember it hasto be wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto.

The instruction manual is unreadable, and there’s no diect contact with customer service. Was offered a refund by seller two weeks ago, but action on refund so far. This seller offers a refund but never follow though, I’ve been waiting almost a month, but no refund yet

The android ai box does not connect to galaxy s9 to screen mirror or cast from my phone to my vehicles display . The ai box’s interface shows on the screen and functions but doesn’t see any devices in Bluetooth or cast option. I hope the seller reply with a fix for the problem

This does not work on Ram 2022 as described. It does not work on unconnect5.0 system. I tested it on my other Ram2021 and it worked.
