I’ve installed a ton of xtrons units and never had an issue but the first time I try another company I regret it.
No support at all, there website is static with no way to contact them. No issues that are relevant are answered.
After spending almost 7 hours on an install I pulled it out and will be requesting a refund. The radio turns on plays music for 15 seconds then the audio cuts out. Amp continues wire is connected and everything else is working fine. Audio just doesn’t work which is the main thing that has to work. Canbus came with the wrong settings for the vehicle requiring a factory reset that you need a code for that is buried in their site.
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience.

Install was easy, Clear instructions and support contacts are included. Fit was pretty good. I used a small piece of insulation along the bottom of the head unit to hide a gap. Everything else worked well. Wireless Android Auto was seamless once connected to phone. Bluetooth connection was straight forward and easy to understand.

I have two major issues with this. Odometer flashing and volume adjustment.
There is no setting in the UI to fix the odometer flashing like some other units have. That’s unfortunate and now I need to figure out a way to have that resolved.
The other problem is that the volume is too high at low settings. My car has the Beats Audio system.
Vol 1 is quiet, Vol 2 is almost too loud for conversation. I wish there was a setting that would allow us to fix that as well. It’s impossible to set the volume to a comfortable level as it is.
If anyone has a solution to these problems, please let me know. The device is great otherwise. Very responsive and relatively easy to install.

The only thing I had to do differently was to redo the factory settings for the box to stop the odometer flashing. Instructions on their site.

Erg goede specs en prestaties. Je moet wel twee tabjes verwijderen anders schuift hij er niet in. De top plaat kan je gewoon eraf schroeven. Ook moet je afhankelijk van je antenneadapter een sleufje maken in de radio slede. Neem een zo dun mogelijke adapter als dat kan.
Geluid en snelheid zijn top. Carplay en Android auto werken beiden draadloos en je hebt zelfs een optie voor een simkaart.
