Seems okay. It does exactly what it says and gives you a ton of options for viewing different content. The problem is that it takes quite a while to boot up which somewhat negates its usefulness in my opinion. If someone just needs an Airplay adapter, this is actually overkill. As far as boot speed, between the time it takes for the stereo to see the device, and then it boots, it could be up to like 30 seconds. Functionally, it basically just takes over your CarPlay screen and gives you a host of options for additional media that you do not normally have access to like Netflix and Youtube etc (essentially like a casting stick). The problem is that the home screen is really cluttered with those options so it’s definitely not something you’ll want to fuss around with while driving. It does work though but be aware you will need a very strong wifi connection. Not sure if i just got an older one but I had to update to the latest version before anything actually functioned. Before the update, i was greeted with Error codes whenever i tried to launch anything. Once it’s working, it does work pretty good even though the interface is a bit slow. It could just be my car so i can’t really dock too many points. Overall, this is a cool little device but I think it just needs a little faster processor and a little more polish on the app to be great.

This little box is so cool and packed with features. It has a cool start-up animation and it’s on UI that You can choose Android auto or carplay from there. But it’s essentially a full Android TV box in your car. You can use Android apps or my favorite feature, screen mirror your phone to your car display. I have a 2021 Nissan with a mini tablet as the screen so this is great for watching things with the passenger when you’re parked. It lags a little but no more so than screen mirroring does on Tvs.
