I plan on taking some road trips in the near future and I wanted a dedicated camera to record it. I was searching for a dedicated camera like a GoPro and then I came across this. I needed something that would record continuously and do it well. What really sold me on this product is the fact that has a Sony image sensor built in. And it DELIVERS! I tested it out on several drives around town both day and night and the image quality in 4K is crystal clear with excellent color reproduction. I can clearly read license plates during night time drives too. I love the fact that I can actually watch the video playback on the mirror too, so cool! The touchpad on the screen works surprisingly well and navigating thru menus is snappy. I love how easily this mirror installs. The mirror snaps on and off my existing rear view mirror with ease. My only complaint so far is the fact that the rear view camera only records in 1080p. At this price point I was hoping for 4k in both front and rear. Outside of that, I love this dashcam!

I like everyhing with this camera,easy to use,simple system. Unfortunately I’m not practical so a friend of mine fitted the camera within 10 minutes. Good quality videos,parking modes works great. The only issue is that it just takes some time getting used to the angle.
