Product is okay, (fits right in slot), but the install manual etc. are awful. I understand the manufacturers making products overseas, but the manuals need to be written by Americans that know something about the product and how it is installed. example ”The red and yellow wires of the car stereo combine together firstly and then connect to the positive pole…”. What? There are no ‘loose’ red and yellow wires. Also, in places the camera is called ‘camers’. lots of other issues also. The install manual seems to be written for every vehicle ever made. If the installer does not have a volt meter, and know about electrical circuits, the product will never work. Also, there is no ‘radio’ user guide. There are only about 10 major vehicle manufacturers in the world, so a simple paper insert could eliminate install problems.
We will see how the product does over time.

The CarPlay doesn’t work, the backup camera broke after 2 days and it rained for 2 seconds, just buy a pioneer stereo and a back up cam do not waste your money on this piece of trash.

Radio worked when it felt like it. Pre programmed stations would go out after a day of sitting. Volume would come on LOUD. No audio for GPS direction. Constantly going out. No touch screen functions. After reset. Only GPS screen saying “here we go ” appears ! Disconnected radio head completely overnight. Still the same. Not happy. But return date of July 2nd expired [ bought on June 2nd]. Don’t buy this system. Poor instruction . Installed many,this one is UNIQUE!

Neither mic worked with my vehicle Bluetooth. Always sounded like I was under water. Changed all of my settings to metric and wouldn’t change back. Radio settings reset everyday. Channels won’t stay programmed.
