   Got this to put in my older unit that only has an AUX jack. The unit was easy to mount and connect, it came with everything you needed. The display was a bit laggy compared to a more expensive unit, but I didn’t find it an issue. Overall, it is fairly big and lucky for me there is alot of room on my dash, It looks good and adds features to older car that I miss and I am very happy with it.

   The included 64 GB micro SD card didn’t work, so I had to use my own. The audio doesn’t work well with the phone connected via CarPlay and BlackboxMyCar connected to the car via the aux cord. It keeps disconnecting.

   I got this to add to my parents’ car as they have an old car. This allows their car to get android auto capabilities which is a must in cars being driven now a days for the maps capabilities.

   On top of that, this device provides other features such as a front dashcam alongside an external rear camera to be used as a back camera if that is needed. All of these make it an all in one device that cars should have which is a pretty good offering.

   The display is a 20 inch display which has a sharp/crisp quality allowing easy integration with my smartphone to get android auto working. The device also contains speakers which can be used if required, but its probably best to connect the device to your cars speakers either through Bluetooth or auxiliary cable that is provided to get the audio routing through your car speakers which are of better quality.

   Overall, this is an amazing device that every car owner of an older car with no display capabilities should look to get to their car. Great addition!

   Would recommend. Totally worth the price. My 2009 Venza doesn’t have a flat surface to mount it properly but even with 60% coverage, the 3M adhesive has held up well since my purchase in January. Only 2 minor complaints: When using wireless, my Pixel 6 tries to use this as the phone instead of the car but I got around that by only using wired, which seems more responsive anyway. Also, since it tracks time and date, I wish it had an auto adjusting night mode that could follow a sunset and sunrise rotation. Instead, every 2ish weeks in spring and autumn I have to manually adjust the time that night mode turns on or off. Not a big deal though

   I ordered this to replace a competing unit that turned out to have a polarized screen so my polarized sun glasses made the screen look black! This one does not have that issue. Overall this unit is very nice. I viewed some of the videos on a computer and was disappointed in them, the details are pretty poor due to the very high degree of compression in the recording software. I imagine this is the norm for these inexpensive screens. I was surprised to learn that you can’t download the recordings to your phone, you either have to view them on the unit or remove the memory card to view them on a computer and share them. I thought downloading them was pretty universal to these types of screens. Something else weird is that while there is a setting for the backup camera that lets you set left and right for the proper view, that doesn’t carry over to the rear camera recordings! The rear recordings are reversed so things are on the opposite side of the street, your turns are opposite, etc. Good enough to see what happened but still weird. Android Auto works well but sometimes is very sluggish to connect.

   The picture quality is good enough in daylight but at night the headlights tend to lessen the quality. None the less, it is a necessity given i was rear ended and it was easy to remember to grab the sd card out before the vehicle was towed.
