I have a ram 1500, when updating the software for the CANBUS(OEM settings) the unit does not work well communicating unless it stays in a current factory setting. If this happens just reset the unit to factory settings and select the best option you can for your vehicle. The air conditioning temperature layout was clustered for me but still operational. The camera quality is ok, but could be improved as a well. Has a lot of cool features but the software, customer service/troubleshooting, and OEM integration can definitely improve.
