Company sent me the wrong model. Took several sessions of back and forth with customer service to finally get camera for RZ 450e instead or RX. They sent me a new case and I had to remove camera from previous molding and put into the new mold for RZ 450e. There was a video which helped simplify procedure. Camera works great and company gave me 10% discount due to this issue. App is decent with good customization. Customer service is very responsive!
