Installed on a 2003 Ram 2500. Would be 5 stars but I had to do a little extra to get everything to work properly. First if you have a single din stereo you will need to buy the double din install kit this does not come with the spacers needed to screw on the center panel I uploaded pictures to show what I mean. Second slight issue I had was the amp power wire had no voltage to it and had to find a switched 12v source in the same harness. Third was the illumination for the buttons I had to cut it and splice it with a switched 12v source. Seems like if you use the jeep plug of the harness it would work fine but the illumination wire was not in the plug for my truck. Wireless apple car play is a little laggy and the sound quality is just not there but if you plug in your phone it works really smooth and sound quality is way better. Has a lot of features that I have yet to fool with but all in all it looks really nice in my truck love the updated look it gives to the interior.

I actually have a question since I cant seem to find a costumer support on this product. I recently installed it and can’t get the backup camera to work. I have it installed per the instructions, but it does not come on. I also have a problem with the usb as I have a flash drive with music on it. formated as fat32 but it’s not reconized.

This stereo was a great upgrade to give my 2005 ram 3500 a new appearance on the interior. Sleek design with nicely molded trim piece. Easy plug and play harness. Backup camera has a good resolution, and the android auto app is excellent.
