Received the dvds and headphones that are supposed to be wireless. I sent communications to Pyle and had a lot of hassle. Finally I contacted Dashcamera.us.com where I made the purchase. The headphones do not work and the sound is very low. Pyle could not tell me how to connect the headphones other than they should connect automatically. I tried both sets on both dvd they do not work I will be sending this back for a full refund

Built well BUT !!! The instructions are so vague! No way to read how to simply load dvd and play. There is no number to call, just email. Then once I searched the web to find a number I was in hold for 30min. The person who finally go on line was hot helpful at all. I lost all patience and after an hour of trying to play a dvd I put it back in the box and will be returning it. Very disappointing
