I had a few problems with the radio I received. I could not get this unit to reliably connect to my Wi-Fi. Neither from the house nor the router in my garage with a very strong signal. It would pick up the signal for a few minutes, then would stop and automatically disconnect. I needed to update apps on the device and was not able to for this reason. I also could not get Android Auto to connect with my phone. It would not launch and my phone could not detect the app. I also believe I received a restocked unit. There was no screen protection film over the screen, there was an IPhone already paired to the radio along with three Wi-Fi accounts and downloaded music already on it. Not sure if I just got a bad unit or if all of the radios suffer from this issue. This was unfortunate because it fit my 2009 SX4 very nicely, looked great and sounded good. The steering wheel controls even worked. I am not happy that I had to remove the radio that took me four hours to install and ship it back. Very disappointing.
