Me & My Motorcycle Verified Buyer –
I have installed radios for years. This should not be this difficult. I have verified all the connections are good with a multimeter. Good ground, 12v power to B+ (battery positive) and 12v to key 1. I also tried including key 2. Unit still will not power on. Called Dashcamera.us.com support. They were good. Sent replacement right away. Tried the replacement unit. Same results! Right now I’m giving this a 1 star. I’ll update if I can get some help and actually get the radio to trun on! There is no wire diagram with the radio and no customer support contact for the seller in the package. My connections are stupid simple. There is one plug for constant 12v power and ground. 2 wire
plug. This is wired to b+ and ground. The 2nd plug is for speakers +/-. And has power for key 1. That’s it! I also checked the fuse in the back of the radio (both of them) its good. Everything has been check with meter. I have a really hard time believing I got 2 bad radios but cannot find any reason these should not be working.
Update: so unit #1 did not work. Replacement was sent right away. As you can see, I had some issues with it too. However, customer service and tech support were fantastic! Got the unit up and running. They were super helpful. As for the operation of the unit, it works great. So far it is doing everything I wanted it to do. I updated to 5 stars because of the great customer support!

This install was mostly straight forward. Put it on my 2005 Grand Prix with monsoon audio.it does support wireless android auto on my S22 ultra which is what I cared about the most. I runs “good enough” for what I paid for. The software could definitely be redone. You can tell it’s a foreign product, however I believe if you’re on a budget this isn’t too bad.
