The operating system was smooth and quick but I just would not work with my Samsung Note 10+ for wireless Android Auto. Connected with no problems but the voice commands would not work properly for making calls or sending text messages and the response time was very slow when giving voice commands. Sometimes voice would be recognized and start typing but miss words or misunderstand words, other times, it just wouldn’t recognize any voice at all. This was a 2020 GM vehicle and I have another AA wireless dongle that works perfectly when connected, so it’s not the phone of the car. I did try multiple resets, pair and unpair, even tried a Samsung S23 (worked better but still too frustrating to keep, especially when my $59 dongle works almost flawlessly).

Don’t waste your money and time. The only thing that works is YouTube. Nothing else will download even if you have the best WiFi. Keeps giving me some stupid message about not being able to download or not available on every streaming app except YouTube. Will check my options on returning or trashing it and going with a actual brand that works with real reviews

This is one of the not many devices which works perfect with 11 inch portrait orientation screen in Subaru Outback.
It keeps perfect aspect ratio for AA in full screen. Had couple of questions to the support, the answers were on the point every time. Considering difference in the time, always had an answer waiting for me in the morning. All and all love it.
