I have been having an issue with CarPlay, MFI Error. I attempted to reach out to Customer support. I was then told I need to contact the “seller”. In the end, I have not received support for this issue and CarPlay still not able to connect.

This product is not meant for a 2006 Honda civic it doesn’t have the airbag connector, the signal is always off and connect to china time zone. I always have to adjust the time it never stays, I connect my hotspot in order to use the YouTube and it always has problems, not to mention it came broken from one corner. It doesn’t really have instructions on how to connect the cord and no instructions on how to put the camera.
