The 13.1 screen is well illuminated and the picture is ultra sharp. The motor that controls the touch screen rotating from portrait to landscape is quiet and smooth. I found the overall workmanship to be quiet good and a great value for the price. Unpack the product there is a user manual BUT no installation instructions. Now I have install many radios over the years but a simple wiring digram would be nice. There will be more to this story to follow or its get sent back I’ll let you all know. Well I finally get the radio in and hooked up so far so good. And then i go to hook up the gps antenna. come on what car out there is that the roof to mount the gps antenna is within six feet, come designers wake up, normally you get twenty foot cable rolled up under dash, which is what we need now not six feet which is BS. And things roll on turn the radio on today and its locked on the music player screen, will not turn on or off or rotate. Why is there no way to contact a Tech service for this piece of junk. you finally get to tech support by email a week later still not much more help then I already knew. still issues go on several emails weeks roll by with days between answers. Ao back it goes looks like another month for a refund, How can Dashcamera.us.com expect customs to go through this. These designers need to think more functionality fewer apps this is not to easy to use while driving Dashcamera.us.com will not support this item either dances around the fact its sold by a third party company that has no technical support you can speak with Its Chinese sold by and is junk
