Started out great. Sound was awesome. The features outstanding, but after only a few months the unit stopped working altogether. Now It will not turn on at all. All connections and fuses have been checked. The support number has been disconnected and the website isn’t real, it takes you to Fujifilm. So I’m out the money and no working radio.

I have had this installed for 18 months now. It has quirks you will need to learn but the low cost makes this a good value. Compared to higher end name brands that are $1K more this is really a steal. Volume is wonky, you have 0-10 but you will only use 0-3 because some days and other days 0-7 is needed. It does not fully work with all the steering wheel buttons, only volume works. It has a 4G LTE radio, you cannot use a 5G SIM like Google Fi in it. Android Auto is amazing, when it works. If you are an Apple sort of person, don’t buy this as you need Android experience to configure it and finesse it. You will need to use the task manager to restart “CarLetter” which is the Android Auto app on the radio side. Gaia and Google Maps work awesome whether on trails or the highway. Google Assistant works, but you have to hit the microphone on screen. Installation was pretty easy, no complaints. ODB2 apps are installed, but you have to buy their Bluetooth interface which is not clear on the listing. Support is very responsive and they try hard, but I suspect English is being done through a translator app. Documentation is very poor but tech support will send screen video to answer to operational questions.
