I ordered this stereo with the intent to upgrade my Silverado’s stereo. When I opened the box and saw all the wires and connections that needed to be made I realized that I was in over my head. It is certainly a full featured stereo but that also means connecting a lot of components and doing a good amount of wiring. I also got to wondering if I would mess up my truck trying to install it. Since I don’t have any friends who are good at that sort of thing and paying a shop would be too pricey I haven’t actually used it. However, I can comment on the quality of the unit. It looks as good or better than the quality of the one in my Chevy so it feels like an upgrade in every way. The biggest plus to this in my opinion is the large map view while navigating. I have a magnet and my phone sticks to my dash while driving. I can see the map okay on the phone but not great. The huge 10″ screen offers a much better map view without having to use my phone. The price for all the added functionality feels very reasonable to me and I think overall this is a nice upgrade at a fair price.

This radio was a great find at that price. The display is crystal clear and the installation was not difficult. I use Andro auto for my GPS and music and it works great. Radio is not as loud as the original but sounds very good. Overall a great upgrade from stock.

It’s easy to install if you have any eleictrical/mechanical ability. The instructions are horrible but the pictures are adequate. I have only had it glitch and lose Bluetooth connectivity for a moment. The fit and finish are decent. My only complaint is that it has no volume knob, if you had steering wheel controls it would not be the issue that it is for me without them.

First, no backup camera, then Android fails to start. Then Im directed to factory reset after saving files. Radio boots up worst screen resolution ever. No way to adjust it. Screen messages says System must be restarted. Restart button on drop down does nothing. This morning go to leave for work. Completely back screen except for white icons across the top. All of which do jackshlt. Avoid at all costs. For 100.00more than the other Silverado style radios you would think they would be built better. Nope, JUNK.
