This unit is great. Very quick and responsive. I can not tell a difference in sound quality between using a Kenwood Excelon Headunit RCA preout and this Units RCA preouts. The Digital stereo out on this unit works great and makes a noticeable improvement.
This unit will not fit a double din fascia kit. You will need to get an android radio fascia kit. This Unit comes with a spacer that will fit in the fascia kit.
If you want to retain steering wheel controls you will need a canbus decoder.

I put a 10.36 inch in a 2011 Ford e-250 and the size is perfect. Did not block the vents at all. Did not fit the double din dash kit I got but there aren’t many options for a Ford cargo van. But with a little bit of cutting I was able to squeeze it in.
For the price I don’t think you will find a better headunit. I’ve been running emulators with very little issues. I haven’t even opened up android auto. I have this headunit running on the Google Fi network. Just had to change the apn settings and do a reboot. Settings could be easier to find but eventually found the settings I needed.
Overall I really do like this headunit. The fact I have a direct contact with Cheney from mekedetech on Whatsapp (they reached out to me after I purchased) is awesome. I think this headunit will only get better because dudu of very active in the forums and with updates

Truly the best head unit currently available. As others have said, as soon as I placed my order, I was contacted by Mekede and asked to provide details about my car and pictures of my dash. I was then provided with a link to get a compatible harnass, canbus and fascia kit for my car. Installation was easy, pretty easy to figure out which cords connect where and there are plenty of install videos available if you need help. The only issue I have had is that control of my heated seats are not currently supported for my car. I can however set comfort settings to auto which turns on heated seats and steering wheel when it’s below 40f. Which is acceptable how great every other aspect of it is. Also it was compatible with my factory backup camera.
