   I had one of my car buddies install it for me, some car knowledge is needed to install one but according to him the instructions were easy to understand and helped him quite a lot.

   Both Android Auto and Carplay works flawlessly, same for Bluetooth.

   The GPS works without issue.

   No issue with my sound system too and the screen is responsive.

   The backup camera works great.

   This radio does utilize android carplay. Also has decent Bluetooth, and Hotspot acceptance. Was rather simple to install. And comes with needed adapter for gm systems to function properly.

   Everything is great besides audio is muddy and distorts I have this head unit hooked up to brand new kicker door speakers, brand new skar amp and subs absolutely greatly disappointed in the jail sound that the head unit puts out. Also to install all the wiring and options this is a verify difficult and time consuming install. But the back up camera, hands free calling and navigation works great. But the navigation is stuck in kilometers cant change to mph

   Overall I like this unit. It plays nice with both CarPlay and Android Auto. It uses and android operating system so it’s pretty intuitive to use. The interface is smooth and it connects to devices quickly and easy after the initial setup. Installation was fairly straight forward but I am a bit of an expert when it comes to electronics. I like that it supports Bluetooth and DSP for hands free calling and the mic seems to work well, people on the other side of the call are hearing me clearly.

   My only real complaint is that the unit seems to be a bit slow at times, it’s not a deal breaker for me as I’m not the impatient type but it could be a bit snappier. Overall I like it despite the bit of lag that creeps in from time to time.

   Not my 1st tablet radio works great. Doesnt matter who is paird bluetooth (apple play, android auto) phone will wig out. During texting or trying to make calls. Thought it was the newer operating system but even pulled out a galaxy 23 and phone still wigs out only while connected to radio.
   Also. The speed display will not switch to mph even though it is selected.. so when on home screen speed reading will forever be off.
   Backup camere lines are on top of screen. Rotated camera and it has a option to reverse /flip screen but then the angle is off without changing where camera is mounted. Im giving this 1 star because i like to listen to music while driving and if i go through my pandora to type a artist within 3 seconds the keyboard will dissapear adding to fustration doesnt matter if vehicle is in motion

   If you have a chevy Silverado 1500 (2008-2013) its literally plug and play, install for me (no experience installing radios) i was able to finish in under an hour no wire cutting needed no modifications. I use apple carplay and tbh it has some bugs but so far so good. I will update if any other issues arise

    This is not a vine review and I did not receive the product for free or at a discount. Anyway I looked around for awhile to find a double din to replace the factory navigation radio in my 2008 tahoe. I found quite a few different models some quite a bit more expensive but this seemed to be the best fit. I must say I am thoroughly impressed! Here are my top pros and cons thus far.
    Pros* I have the Bose system in my Tahoe and it never sounded this good. The volume and quality has increased exponentially. It also has multiple options for sound equalizing.
    * The display quality is top notch! Many themes and app options as well.
    * The wiring kit was seamless. I did not have to make a splice at all. I was able to retain all the functions including the steering wheel. It also added two USB ports.
    * Bluetooth and wireless Android auto work perfectly!
    * Reverse camera is 100x better than stock.
    Cons
    * Reverse camera appears to have a proprietary connection, we’ll see how it goes should it go out. Also the cable could have been longer for SUVs
    * The chime speaker is a bit loud when using turn signals. Maybe there’s a way to turn it down, I’m not sure yet.

    Overall I love it! Made my Tahoe feel new. I’d buy it again. I’ve installed countless radios, and this was the simplest by far. You won’t regret the purchase.

    Fit parfait sur mon gmc sierra 1500 2008…installation très facile..au pire regarder sur YouTube…Aucun fils à modifier..connecteur identique et l’écran ne bouge pas sur les chemins du Québec plein de trou …sa seule chose de négatif..sa prend une ou deux minutes pour que android auto se connecte pour Google map..mais je suis extrêmement satisfait..je le r’acheterai a nouveau
