For the price point I’m actually pretty impressed with this item! I have an American Staffordshire Terrier, basically a pit bull without the attitude, who in typical of the breed fashion is pretty strong willed. That is, she minds like the wind unless I’m in front of her with treats! I have used the shock function exactly 3 times on her, set to 99 (she seems to be pretty much impervious to pain of any kind!). I use the chirp feature as soon as I put her collar on and since I’ve been using it, the vibrate function pretty much puts her in gear! She has a bad habit of just going where she wants when I let her out to do her business and before the collar, she came back whenever she felt like it! I live on 13 acres of woods so she could disappear anywhere, including the highway not that far from my house. Since I put the collar on her she is pretty much always in sight, especially at night which is due to the highly reflective band the collar is made of! Plus a dose of the vibrate warns her a shock might be coming so now she is on her way home as soon as I call her! I only put the collar on when she goes out so battery charge seems to last a week or more. It’s better than expected!

Working well so far. Video is very clear. Has plenty of features and the app is good, too. I watched a few Youtube videos about installation and keeping the wires as out-of-sight as possible, and it was only about a 15-minute job.

It wont record on impact my wife got into an accident 3/7/25 the driver passed the red light and hit my wife in the left rear of the car…the car did a whole 360 and came to a stop well the dash cam didnt record the impact just the moment she came to a stop thats it please choose a different dash cam i bought this in july of 2024 wish i could get my money back! It wont pick up the license plates very well it has trouble connecting to the phone and the image is not great! Not too happy with this purchase the whole reason to get a dashcam is to help you when stuff like this occurs but now i cant even prove that the other driver ran the red light!!

With so many dash cams on the market, I struggled to find one I thought would last. Been using this one for about 5 months, so far it has performed great. I am concerned how well it will do through summer season. I routed mine to the 12 vdc plug, so it powers each time I start the car. The menus seem straight forward and it connects to my phone easily. The true test will be when I have a legitimate need to download after an event.
