It’s almost impossible to connect to this box. It rarely connects. Don’t rely on it for your GPS. You might find yourself stuck 3 hours from home, having to rely on your phone screen instead of your car screen.

My experience with this product has been deeply disappointing, to say the least. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the product worked as expected. However, after a software update, it started rebooting randomly without any prompt from my side. Hoping to resolve this, I performed a factory reset, only to find myself facing an even bigger issue – I can no longer sign into my Google account. This has rendered the product almost unusable for me. Throughout this ordeal, I reached out to customer service, expecting some assistance, but was met with what can only be described as the worst customer service experience. They were unable to provide any meaningful solution to my problems. I strongly advise against using this product, given its unreliable performance post-update and the lack of effective support from customer service. I will not recomment this product to any one. It is a waste of money.

This does everything you want it to, ie: NetFlix, YouTube, etc on your vehicle’s screen, and you can even install your OWN apps. Plus, tech support was immediate via Facebook chat – REALLY GOOD. I had to ask tech support to help because YouTube wouldn’t load right away, they told me to simply update the app from the Play Store and then it worked perfectly!

This is a great idea. It’s easy to install. The performance seems to be very good.
BUT…..there are some of the more popular apps that are not compatible. You can not install HULU, and a few other big name streaming services. It’s definitely a first world problem, but considering you are buying this box to add video to your CarPlay, it’s disappointing.
I’m sure there is probably a way to unlock those apps, but I am not an Android aficionado so it’ll take some time for me to sort that out. Still a bummer though.
