This is totally ridiculous. You spent $150 plus on this dash cam . When delivered there is no SD card . Called Dashcamera.us.com and they say it doesn’t come with it . I have bought so many dash cam in past years . All of them come with SD card . Even if you buy cheap dash cam worth $50 it comes with SD card . Worst purchase ever. Don’t buy it . Will not recommend.

Please read the DESCRIPTION first. Most reviews do not mention that this cam doesn’t come with SanDisk® Memory Card and it will not record anything without it
. The cam is useless without it. It needs a space to store files (videos) it is recording. You can use 32gb, 64bg, 256gb but any SD card over 32gb must be formatted to FAT32 on computer before being inserted into the cam. I use 32gb since SD card with capacity of upto 32gb comes in pre-formatted FAT32. This is enough for 6.5hours of loop recording set at every 3 minutes. The cam will overwrite old video files with new ones when the memory card is full so SD with big memory isn’t necessary.
Another thing is, once the SD card is inserted, it must be formatted again, either through the app on your phone or cam itself or else the cam won’t record. The app? You scan the QR code in the instructions book. It will give you the link to download COOAUDash or search this app on Google Play or App Store.

Quality of your video and audio is very clear. The continuous loops have been great so far, I often check to see if it’s actually 2-3 minute videos, so far they’ve been actually playing back. (My old dash cam use to freeze mid video till it reached 3 minutes). I recommended getting a ScanDisk SD card, it’s been working great so far. The app is functional. The set up is easy as well. No adhesive so your windshield won’t be damaged/leave any goo. Only complaint is there’s a slight ringing noise but it doesn’t bother me too much. You can only really hear it if you’re driving in silence which I normally do after work.
Overall a 8/10 purchase.
