Received the item exactly as displayed. Watched alot of youtube videos of people installing one of these patiently, The item came with all the cables, even came with a backup camera. Once I took my time to strip the old dash, started the installation with the help of a friend.
It was just exactly as the videos it was like a game of matching plugs and connect to the right sloth. Sometimes you will have one or two cables that you dont know where it goes, but that is OK. Hardest part was installing the backup camera, stripping and arrange the cables. Once it was done we fire up the console and lo and behold, worked on the very first try.
Learning curve on how to setup and configure the system was a bit difficult. I even had to connect my wi-fi ( yes it can detect nearby free or home wi-fi ) and download an update. Once done and configured everything worked fine. All my friends and people from a Mustang club were really impressed and some were asking where should they get one to. So far a happy customer.

Took about 30 minutes to setup. So far I’ve had no issues with it. There is some slight lag on button presses but it’s not a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it. Massive upgrade from the stock stereo.

And for winter I need my heated seats to work and rear window defreezer. And the seller doesn’t respond

I bought an older Mustang because I stumbled across one with unbelievable low mileage. However, I missed having a modern stereo with CarPlay and a backup camera. This unit replaced the stereo and climate control system in the dash. It looks great. I did have some difficulties with installation that turned out that I didn’t connect the audio lines. Dashcamera.us.com put me into contact with the people from CUSP. They answered all my questions and I resolved my problems.

Unfortunately the rating I have to give this product is only 1 star. This unit was installed by my very competent mechanic as I watched him do it. The unit looks amazing in the car and the features are extraordinary, including the ability to connect to available wifi. However, there is NO AUDIO! We checked all the connections and relevant fuses multiple times. Reaching out to support results only in them asking you to contact them via Whatsapp. They should have a community page with FAQs, remedies, troubleshooting advice, and shared solutions. I guarantee that this would bring higher ratings and far more sales. Seriously, no audio? CUSP, I can’t be the first person with this problem.

I’ve tried to reach out via email and calling customer support which didn’t help at all. The email continued to get me to download whatsapp and then giving me a number that’s too long to use. The A/C button will turn on (full blast only), yet the temperature doesn’t change over t o heat and the fan speed will not decrease. Also after the first week the Apple carplay isn’t connecting now.
