I bought 2 of these units and returned both of them for the same problem. Disappointing as i was so excited for this unit!! Customer service could have been better with trying to help resolve the situation.
So I installed this in my 2018 Jeep JLU Sahara. It works except Android Auto. When I try to call people I can not hear them through my speakers but they can hear me. The radio plays sound so we know it isn’t the speakers.
Anyone have suggestions?

It was literally plug and play and the video here on Dashcamera.us.com will show you how to install step by step. Back up camera is amazing. Non my old factory radio, I couldn’t see anything. Now it’s amazing. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased this headunit for my jeep & have to say it was a great upgrade over the factory one it keeps all my factory functions with alot of additions like being able to surf the web, check my emails, Netflix, YouTube, etc. so many features it’s like having a tablet & headunit merge in one. It also is very easy to install anybody can do it as it’s all plug & play & comes with colored instructions. I will definitely be getting one of these for my other truck.
