   The radio isn’t working that great. Reception is sketchy. The mounting is not good either, has gap on the driver side of gauges and to the left side of unit. I would not have bought if had this information earlier. Would not recommend. THE REPLACEMENT WAS PERFECT. Great company, didn’t request a return or refund. The company simply shipped me replacement. I would definitely use them again. COMPANIES THAT DO THE RIGHT THING, deserves our business. Thank you!!!

   Screen looks good and works well but response is slow and CarPlay glitches sometimes. The dash panels don’t line up well not for those who want it to be perfect.

   This item was not as described. It is NOT a direct fit for my 2017 Jeep, so I caution anyone thinking of purchasing. The dashboard pieces will not fit. Totally disappointing. And the dash is all scratched up as well. The radio itself is a nice large screen, but not easy to figure out and requires a lot of mods to the Jeep. Just disappointed with the fit & overall quality of the product. Buyer beware! Unless you want to modify your whole dash yourself, don’t buy this!

   DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO lasted just long enough to not get anything back for it. 6 months.

   Product doesn’t fit right. I looked past that for the nice design and large screen. I purchased this radio for the reverse camera view. 4/16/2024 to 10/13/2024, the radio lasted 6 months. Radio has made weird pulsing sound on speakers, concerning me if damage is being done to speakers. Also, camera has turned itself off and radio will not recognize any feed from a camera. I have tested it with a new camera and new camera wire. Still nothing.

   This fit does not fit my 2017 jeep at all. He worked with it for hours. It’s a nice looking radio but it does not fit or stay in place. I have ordered two cause one was missing the camera that went to it. And the second one just don’t fit. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE HOPE IT WILL WORK IT Won’t!

   The product came with everything is says. However, the dash pieces do not fit well. The radio doesn’t sit well on the dash because of it. The radio wouldn’t stay on the dash!
   The company should also have better installation instructions.

   Looked like the clips were cut that hold the two pieces together!! Nothing fit right couldn’t adjust the time or dates or change the speed from km to mph. Terrible quality would never recommend this product to anyone!!
