Video quality is good, parts fit perfectly like OEM. I got the front/rear 4K for my 2023 Pilot Black Edition. There were two instruction videos with QR codes for two different types of dome light assemblies. Choosing the one that looked like mine showed that removal of two screws near the sunglass storage would allow me to slide my fingers along the edge and pop out the assembly at two front clips. Only problem is, this is not how the 23 Black Edition is assembled. It felt way too secure so I did not pull and break anything. I found that the light assembly actually pops out of the overall frame and reveals two more screws. Once those were removed the instructions could be followed for the rest of the install. A great product, but for my specific model and year, the instructions need another update.

Dash cams should be a standard feature on every car in this day and age in my opinion. Unfortunately, that is not the case and there is no state or federal law mandating this I know lawyers in accident litigation and I have been told that accident cases where the victim had a dash cam save them a lot of headache and resulted in a fair compensation for the damages and prevented people from taking advantage of the situation.
The installation was very simple. It probably took total of two hours. This includes removing the existing frames tucking in the wiring and finishing the product takes a lot of time is actually hiding the wire into the frame of the car otherwise hooking up the main camera is very easy.
I highly recommend An urge everybody to get a dash cam specially one from ifitcam

I ordered this custom fit cam and had it installed professionally.The installation was actually pretty straight forward and easy. I probably could have done it myself. I highly recommend this company and product. The video quality is awesome. I like the fact that there is no wiring to the fuse box. Using the Dome light harness cable for power iis awesome. Perfect fit for my 21 Honda Passport. Customer service communicate via email, and they are quick to answer any questions you may have.

Install took about an hour. Be patient and don’t force anything. All the materials worked great. Dashcam had good video. Can see even with the sunlight going directly into the camera. The sun does interfere, but you’re still able to see camera footage. Night time is good. Cannot compare this to a smartphone. It’s good for what it is and gets the job done. Videos are easy to download to your phone.

Recommend you email their support team before you order to confirm which model number to get as there are two different model numbers DZ-0337/DZ-9188 for the Passport. Support team was very responsive.
I got the front and rear cam and also bought the polarizing lens filter CPL-3345 them. Be sure to confirm which lens filter goes with your camera also as they have a few different ones.
Install was easier than I thought. The hardest part was fishing the cable for the rear cam through a rubber boot that connects to the hatchback. I was a bit nervous to remove panels to run the rear wire, but they just needed a good tug. I watched a few YT videos on how to install dash cams for the Passport for both the front and rear cameras.
