I bought this dashcam for it’s OEM look. At first I was hesitant thinking the quality of the video will be like another knock off brand of dashcam claiming 4k video resolution, but to my surprise the video is of excellent quality. Customer service is second to none, they even give me a free hard wire kit so I could utilize the dashcams parking mode. I’ve installed the rear cam inside just above the rear view mirror just so it can capture a 360 view of the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience having this purchase over the other brands which are very expensive and awful installation looks compared to OEM ones like Fitcamx.

Best design by far! Integrates seamlessly with the 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE. So far, it does not interfere with the Rav4’s radar cruise control or lane keep assist features. Night time/Daytime video quality are equally outstanding! Video/Photo shoot is steady and blur free.
My only complaint is, it does NOT come with a video screen. It would’ve rated it EXCELLENT if it came with a digital rearview mirror. I bought this with just the front dashcam. Had to buy separate PORMIDO PRD80 digital rearview mirror with front/rear video cams to fill up the need for a rearview cam with real time video display. I ended up with extra Pormido PRD80 front dashcam that I installed as interior cam. Now my car is brimming with cams! Not that I’m complaining but my use case begs the question: why couldn’t the makers of FITCAMX put up a product package with digital rearview mirror like the PORMIDO PRD80?

Easy to install and use. I had a problem with the power cable and the customer service department shipped a new out immediately. The front camera is installed into the vehicle’s original front facing guidance system so you can’t even tell that a dash cam is hiding in it.

I the steadiness of it. No need to open fuse or anything like. I install the rear with out any screwdrivers just my hand and the tool they gave. Would have loved it even more if it had parking incident record and GPS. But does not. Camera quality is pretty ok. Only the sun or light glare can be a pain I know they have technology to reduce those if they had it to new models that would great. When pay attention to the connector so the little wires inside goes in to correct t holes. I would reccommend buying one based on its performance so far I have no major complains. Will up date review as I go along or if any problems occur. Their customer service works but only via wats text I was able to reach them. One more things is of they could make a 3 channel one that works for uber drivers with in cabin recording would be great.
Good news i got the replacement camera from them which was shipped from somewhere in ontario and this one works. I still think for the quality camera it’s not worth the amount of money they charged. I also think the camera shipped directly from China are not good only the ones they have over here already is good. Hence my replacement. Money is not worth it but camera works now. Only the oem style set up make it really good as I did not have to damage any part of my car or used any screw drivers to install them. Only my hand and the tool in the box.
