I have been very impressed with this integrated webcam. I must say, the model I received fits like a glove and leaves no gaps. I installed it within a few minutes. Just make sure you line up the small guide line of the round plug. It looks so stock and sleek! Additionally, it is very easy to connect to a phone, much easier than my fussy Thinkware cams. Overall, I am super happy with this cam and love how it has a customized fit for the Mach-e.

First, it looks like I received an already opened box. Probably returned.
The camera will not remain connected for set up. I removed all other wifi connections just to try and make it stable. It disconnected after about 10 seconds each time and was unable to produce a live feed.
Second, the install does not sit flush. There was a large gap in the middle and the right side looked almost warped.
If they did in fact just send me a returned and defective item, Dashcamera.us.com should not support them. People don’t have time to play games like this.
UPDATE: They also did not refund me within 7 days of receiving my return. I had to use Dashcamera.us.com’s method to get our money refunded.

Installed in ten minutes with the provided tools and a pick set. I installed the rear facing camera facing the backseats because I drive for a ride share company. I am glad I spent the extra money to get a better quality setup. The picture quality looks great and the app is easy to navigate. Time will tell how it lasts.

After doing research from the Mach-E Forum, I purchased this unit as an integrated dashcam for my 2022 Mach-E. The fit is perfect. Packaging was well done. Directions were easy, and installation took all of about 10 minutes (most of that time was removing the plastic retaining clips from the OEM piece and transferring to the new one). Fit is superb. Video is crisp. And you cannot see the webcam with how it’s mounted. Looks completely factory. Highly recommend.
Only quirk is getting the device to hook in with wi-fi while I have wireless Apple CarPlay going. You have to turn off wireless CarPlay while you set up the camera, and when you want to connect to download files. Otherwise, it will fight with the Apple wireless connection. I am ok with letting the camera do its thing and download files when I need.
