Ordered December 19th directly from Fitcamx. Tracker shows it made it to Dallas on Jan 1st. Once I finally got an email back from Fitcamx they said to contact the distributors the distributor gave me a letter to give back to Fitcamx so I could get a refund or replacement. They will no longer respond to my emails!
