Nothing wrong with the product. The plastic in the car is brittle just be careful when removing the cover or you can break plastic pieces.
I had ordered one with the wrong connector and they sent me one that works. Support was great.

This was supposed to be my car specific and it’s not. I can not use it. 18 text messages with tech support, numerous pics sent to them, it’s the wrong one and they do not sell specific for my car. I was told to return this one and buy a universal camera then instal that. I am currently waiting for FITCAMX to send return labels. Complete waste of time and money as well as a Christmas Gift that isn’t a gift, it’s a return item. Bummer. I received no contact from anybody prior to Camera arriving. I have since been told by FITCAMX that the model they sold me, ” Does not fit my Car” their words not mine. They suggested I purchase the universal FitCamX and run power cable to Fuse Box. I sent the camera back using UPS and now I get an e mail saying I did not answer your questions. That is 100% ABSOLUTELY WRONG. I did everything you asked me to do. The Camera was sold as “Plug & Play” for my car, it is not and can not be installed. Please do not say you reached out to me 3 times prior to shipping camera to us. That is wrong and Untrue.

The camera was easy to install, I opted for the front and rear camera setup so hiding the wiring to the back of my car took some thought. Customer support will reach out to you and will verify the factory part number for your vehicle which in my case was a Kia K5 GT. It fit perfectly for my use. You will NEED to have an auto-dimming mirror or power to the mirror to connect the camera to get power. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants an OEM look while still having 4k front and 1080p rear video.
The app is a bit slow to load videos, and the car must be on to access the app to see videos. You can remove the microSD card and look through the videos on a computer. They are compiled in 1-minute videos. I feel like this camera will last me a long time.
