It was easy to install everything works great you have to set up your steering wheel controls but it’s easy as well comes with all the wires took me maybe a hour to install connects to my Apple phone it has Apple CarPlay for the price and the size this is worth the buy I have a 2012 ford escape

Ive only had it for a month and the screen randomly shuts down or freezes with lines coming down, we used it on a 8 hour road trip we had to restart it twice because it would not load anything from carplay after the first 3 hours, i wouldn’t recommend it if it’s used on a daily vehicle.

The first unit I purchased would not power on. I sent it back and Dashcamera.us.com replaced it. The sound quality on the unit is fair at best. It has plenty of adjustment through the EQ and other parameters but after a week I cannot get it to sound good all around. It’s sounds fair with the volume turned down or up but not both. The OEM unit sounds all around ALOT better. The bluetooth is spotty and cuts out when talking.
