This comes with very little instructions, I consider myself good at directions but I had to email for help. They were helpful and I got it working. It had glitchy programming from the get go. I was always having to reset it. Till on day I received a call and went to answer and the touchscreen stopped working. And since most the controls are controlled by the screen it was pretty much useless after only 3 months of being installed. I ended up getting a new stereo because I could never get it to work right again. Very disappointed…

Was skeptical in ordering this given the great price, but was very pleased with it and it works great in our 2016 Jeep Rubicon. Installation instructions could have been a bit better, but in the end the wire harness adapter, backup camera, were easy to install and everything worked as expected.
I did have to drill out the hole on the right side of the dash adapter to make it fit the guide pin, but a very easy modification.

Cannot say how pleased I am with this radio. First off so much easier to install than my last 4 radios. Complete plug and play. Steering wheel control was automatic. Paired iPhone seamlessly and reconnected effortlessly. Back up camera was easy to connect. I had to connect power wire to reverse light wire at taillight along with ground wire. Simple splice and back up camera works great. Bought this on prime day so the price was great, but was ready to buy at regular price. Android 13 definitely made this radio much smoother as far as setting up goes.

So initially, I hooked this up and did not hook up the back up camera, right. I kinda looked at the instructions, but figured I could do it on my own. Big mistake. I should’ve just read the instructions and followed through step-by-step. But I decided to put it together and worry about the back up camera later. Well after getting it installed in my dash there’s absolutely no way I can get it out so looks like I’m gonna have to break my dash and go to pipe pull it to get a new one so I can re-install my radio.

Just finished installing it, had to splice some wires but other than that pretty straight forward install. I’d recommend watching the video attached to the directions, it came in handy. So far the unit is good and works as it should. My only complaint is that it’s different than the pictures, it covers the top of your window switches on a jeep wrangler. Other than that, so far so good
