This dash cam seemed like a good idea when I ordered it. When it came, I tried to set it up using the directions it came with. Said directions were so poorly written that I was not able to get it to work. The app you have to use is also very clunky and not intuitive, so directions are necessary. In any case, I sent it back and got a “regular” dash cam that doesn’t require the use of a phone app to operate.
