   Honestly I was super excited about this product, cuz I’d seen good reviews for the same product, with a different seller. I cheaped out and went with this one because it was like $60 cheaper than the other, and assumed they’re probably the same… I can’t say much about the other one since I never tried it, but reviews stated that it was super easy to connect and pretty much plug and play just like this one described… it was easy to install as far as sliding it into the gps slot that it goes into… after that it was kind of complicated. The product does come with detailed instructions but they’re not enough… I haven’t asked the seller for help so can’t say if they’re helpful or not, but I struggled with connecting it to Bluetooth.. I tried and tried for about an hour until I figured out you have to click the navigation option on your car stereo for the screen to transition over to the after market device… I’m not going to lie, I like it but that headache of trying to figure it out and connecting it was very discouraging/frustrating, and I’d like to say I’m pretty tech savvy… aside from that I was able only to connect the Bluetooth through the device and had to leave my audio connected to the original car Bluetooth… if your car is like mine I have a 2014 c250 when I go to look for devices in Bluetooth nothing pops up but I am able to connect from my phone and have no issues with connection… I was never able to successfully pair my cars audio to the actual device therefore it takes away from the actual functionality of it… I really wish I was able to figure it out because otherwise I would love it and would’ve probably considered keeping it despite the AirPlay function… other people mentioned that with the other sellers product this was doable(but like I said I’ve never tried the other one).. I also was really excited about mirroring my device through it, which was why I purchased in the first place, that was 100% a disappointment! It mirrors perfectly but that is all… I really wanted it for long drives since I usually watch movies on my phone to keep myself occupied.. the screen kept freezing as soon as I tried to connect any video and the sound wasn’t able to pair since like I previously mentioned the sound is connected through my phone and not the actual device and when you use the airplay setting the sound runs through the actual device not your phone… I mean if you’re okay with not having any of these functions you’ll love this device… when I use it with my phones audio the device functions normally although you will see some of the flaws within use… I might just end up returning because of the price point, I guess I’ll just spend a little extra for the other one… I can’t justify almost $200 for minimal functionality.

   Works with your original back up cam or after market
   Device looks sturdy, not cheaply made
   Able to use hands free buttons on steering wheel

   Cons:
   Difficult to set up Bluetooth (unsuccessful for a tech savvy person)
   AirPlay does not work for videos
   Personally I think it is expensive for all of the advertised functions not to work correctly
   Difficult to use because of the knob (Mercedes year doesn’t have touch screen)
